  • Enforce community guidelines, review and approve member posts, and resolve disputes to maintain a safe, well-organized space.
  • Built and launched bellinghamhousing.store, a companion website where landlords and renters can purchase featured-post placement to boost visibility within the community.
  • Successfully launched the Pullman, WA version of this community, now 1,400+ members and growing.

Built an Excel-based model to evaluate decarbonization pathways for aluminum use in trucking and manufacturing. Quantified emissions impacts and compared alternative strategies using structured assumptions and scenario analysis; communicated findings through charts and presentation-ready summaries.
